This basketball goal is specially welded to fit a steel chain net. Steel nets are great for heavy use situations and any outdoor area with inclement weather. Official 18 inch diameter with 5/8 inch steel ring and 1/2 inch bottom steel rings and 1/2 inch heavy duty braces for greater strength and rigidity than single rim goals. Front mount bracket is 3/16 inch thick x 7 inch wide.
