Product Description

The Yantzee (pronounced yank-zee) is the perfect accompaniment to any group of outdoor instruments. Its simple and straightforward design features eleven large aluminum keys which produce deep, low tones that reverberate through 3” wide tubes to amplify the sound and make it resonate for several seconds before dissipating. These low notes, which are expertly tuned to the A Minor scale, act as a perfect base for the sounds and melodies of lighter instruments without covering them up. Because of this, it is highly recommended that the Yantzee be installed alongside other pitched outdoor instruments, to teach developing musicians about harmonizing different sounds together to make complex music. However, its music is of course still beautiful on its own when played by a single musician. The keys and resonance tubes are housed by a durable frame with an attractive blue color that makes them look almost as good as they sound.
