Product Description

The Elite Series 5 inch Single Post Swing 8 Foot boasts a clean, straight lined look. With simple single posts on either end and separating each bay, the overall look is minimalistic in nature. As it can only be ordered with a top rail height of 8-feet, it works in playgrounds for infants to elementary school children. Whether you choose to use belt seats, bucket seats or adaptive swing seats, it is sure to bring smiles to the children in your community’s faces. A bay holds two belt seats, two bucket seats or one adaptive swing seat, meaning that with only a few bays, multiple children can play at once. The swing set is available in a variety of powder coat paint colors at a 10 to 14 week shipping time. Cobalt Blue and Rainforest Green can be ordered as quick ship items for those that need a swing set fast. Choose to buy black belt seats and chains as a package or take a moment to check out our wide variety of belt, bucket and adaptive seats before placing an order.

How deep is the post in the ground?
Question by: Elizabeth Scott on Jul 7, 2022, 9:51 PM
The footer needs to be 31" deep and the post needs to be a minimum of 24" deep in the ground. You should adjust the depth of your post, depending upon the thickness of your surfacing. The swing is made to be 8' from the top of your surfacing to the top rail.

This swing is tested up to 750 pounds. This swing has 5" posts and a 5" top rail. It will withstand the weight of an adult. Please keep in mind that several factors determine the weight a swing will hold. There are several components that come into play and changing any component will have an affect on the weight a swing can hold. The swing consists of the frame, swing hangers, S hooks or shackles, chain and the seat. All of these pieces come into play when determining the weight a swing can hold.
