How does this ship if the barrel doesn't come with it ? Does this chain meet National standards for School Playgrounds ?

Hello Kelly,
When shipping our Electrogalvanized 3/16- inch Steel Swing chains we secure them inside a box fitting to the amounts of chain that has been cut, although tho the shorter chains do not come inside a barrel it is still delivered safely and securely. Because we specialize in commercial grade playground equipment, all of our equipment meets National safety standards.
