The Gated Play Infant Exploratorium is an enclosed play area for young children aged 6 to 23 months who are learning to crawl or just beginning to walk. The space of this activity center features a gated entrance that can be open and closed to help ensure peace of mind for those monitoring the young ones inside. In addition, the immediate area above the Exploratorium is wide open so adults can look down into the play space and have unobstructed views. The higher top of the structure features a shade providing roof that will help stop the sun’s harmful rays on especially bright days. Children placed inside the playzone won’t be staring at blank walls. Many of the panels that make up the interior of the unit are fitted with amusing sensory games and interactive motion toys. A youngster in one spot could be giggling with joy as they turn the sound cylinder while another in the opposite corner is puzzling over a colorful series of beads embedded along a path.
